This Platform Software Licence forms part of, and must be read together with, the AOLC Terms & Conditions (TC-2026.03) and Privacy Policy (PP-2026.03).
AOLC (Pty) Ltd (Registration: 2013/192846/07) licenses platform software to authorised users. All platform software, workflows, prompts, and documentation are the intellectual property of The Ivest Trust (IT2171/2010). Software and licences are licensed, not sold.
You may use the AOLC Platform (StaffWatch, ServiceDesk, HRPay, Auth, and related modules) only for lawful business purposes under your organisation's agreement with AOLC. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, sublicense, or redistribute the platform except as expressly permitted in writing by AOLC.
AOLC Platform-recorded actions are treated as evidence of agreement and, subject to applicable law, have the same effect as a signature. Only instructions sent by email or recorded in the AOLC Platform are accepted; verbal, SMS and WhatsApp instructions are not valid.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. The Magistrates' Court has jurisdiction, but AOLC reserves the right to institute action in the High Court.
